Refund policy

 

Returns, refunds, and replacements are not available if you were going to purchase from our shop. Once the package is out of our hands we are not responsible for anything lost, stolen, damaged, if you provided the wrong shipping address, or if you are unhappy with your crystal(s). Please understand that we can’t control how the post office and delivery workers treat a package. We always bubble wrap things the best way possible. If something happens to your package we can give you the information you need but we are not responsible for filing a claim, you must do that.
